AMR Finishes in Top 10 in 11th Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky

AMR Management Services took home a top ten finish in the small company (15-149 employee) division at the 11th Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards dinner on Tuesday, April 14. The program, sponsored by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM), seeks to honor Kentucky business who work to create top level workplace environments.
Nick Ruffin, CAE, AMR President and Chief Operating Officer stated, “As a first-time participant in the program, AMR was excited to receive the 10th place award for Best Place to Work in Kentucky. What’s even more exciting for us is the information we can glean from the award process that will help us continue to make strides in making AMR the best it can be for our employees.”
“In the small company division, 28 companies vied for the top spot,” said John Ruffin, CAE, AMR Chairman and CEO. “We couldn’t have been more thrilled to finish in the top 10 on our first try.
