AMR Management Services Welcomes Association of Women Surgeons and Association of Women Surgeons Foundation as new Client-Partners
LEXINGTON, Ky. (August 11, 2022) — AMR Management Services, a leading association management company that is home to more than 25 national and international associations, today announced two new clients, the Association of Women Surgeons and the Association of Women Surgeons Foundation, have selected the firm.
The Association of Women Surgeons (AWS) is a not-for-profit educational and professional organization whose mission is to inspire, encourage, and enable women surgeons to realize their professional and personal goals. Founded in 1981, the association has more than 3,000 members of all genders in 40+ countries. The AWS Foundation was founded in 1994 to fund fellowships, research awards, and scholarships that advance the careers of women surgeons as well as to recognize those individuals who are supportive of the AWS mission.
