What inspires you about your work?
It is inspiring to work with association leaders to help achieve the organization's mission to make an impact on the profession or larger society. Associations really do change the world through their members. I also enjoy working with other AMR team members as we bring a collegial spirit to the work of the associations we are privileged to serve.
