What inspires you about your work?
I am inspired by people. Be it by helping them solve a problem or reach a goal, working with others and for others is my happy place. After 25 years in the event and customer service industries I wouldn’t think of doing anything else. Working collaboratively to reach a goal or create an event for a client that is passionate about their cause, is a dream come true for me. Overcoming challenges and exceeding a client’s or team member’s expectations is what keeps me excited about my job.
